Born in Lusaka in 1975, Adrian started producing art works from his teenage years and never looked back. After attending tertiary education at Evelyn Hone college of Applied Arts and Commerce in Lusaka Zambia, Ngoma started teaching art in schools for twelve years both in Zambia and Botswana. Over the years Adrian Ngoma participated in numerous group exhibitions and workshops in Zambia and Botswana. Ngoma has had three solo exhibitions in both Zambia and Botswana. Furthermore, Ngoma represented Zambia at the annual Southern African Development Conference in 2004. His works are well collected both in Europe and the US. Locally, Ngoma’s is included in the prestigious private collection of former President Dr Kenneth Kaunda. As Ngoma says: “Culture and tradition are my main inspiration in doing my work as i portray a form of uniqueness and originality.”
