Bruno Novaes is an artist and educator. He has a degree in Art, from Faculdade Belas Artes in São Paulo, and a specialization in Visual Arts, from UNESP. He has works in the collection of MAR - Museum of Art of Rio de Janeiro, of the Museum of Sexual Diversity of São Paulo, and in different cities through an acquisition prize in art halls. He presented solo exhibitions at the Paço das Artes Project Season and at Casa do Olhar Luiz Sacilotto. He participated in the 33rd São Paulo Art Biennial as a resident artist in the work of Mark Dion. Awarded by the publisher Lamparina Luminosa, he published the book Rent for Boys, released at SPARTE. He has been carrying out interventions and workshops in different units of SESC-SP and cultural centers. Member of Práticas Compartidas, a research and production group in art and education, coordinated by Fábio Tremonte. In 2020 inaugurated Open draw, a public work installed in the city of São Paulo and has been selected for the 21st International Biennial of Art of Cerveira and Programa de Exposições Centro Cultural São Paulo.
