Ahmed Lesi is a Cairo-based visual artist interested in pop art and describing sarcastically daily Egyptian life. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Thebes Higher Institute of Computer and Management Sciences in 2016, he obtained his Master’s degree in Drawing and painting from Helwan University in 2018. This is his first solo exhibition, after having displayed in several group exhibitions in Egypt and abroad including Mohamed Abla Competition (2015-2016), Gallery Day competition for Arab youth (2016), Naima Bleeds Exhibition (2015), and Supermarket Exhibition in Stockholm, Sweden (2015).
